1. Responsibility for accuracy and currency of property information:
Holiday Home Europe makes no representation as to the accuracy or currency of the information contained within the Holiday Rentals website.
The property details content is the sole responsibility of the owner or agent of the property displayed. Holiday Home Europe has not confirmed the currency or accuracy thereof and accordingly holidaymakers are strongly recommended to make their own investigations into the authenticity of any information supplied. Holiday Home Europe are in no way liable for any inaccuracies or misleading statements made in the information provided by the owner or agent of properties on the website.

2. Use of the site:
A condition of your continued use of this site is that you agree not to use this site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions or by other applicable laws and regulations. Your continued use of the site also signifies that you indemnify Holiday Home Europe from any loss or damage or costs in connection with any breach of theses conditions or any other legal obligation by you and your use of, or conduct on the site.

3. Copyright authorities:
Holiday Home Europe shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic and textual material supplied and claims copyright to the electronic pages and images of the photographic material supplied by the advertisers. The advertiser warrants that he is the owner of the photographic and textual material supplied and has ownership of copyright or has authority from the copyright owner to grant Holiday Lettings permission to use the material. The advertiser indemnifies Holiday Home Europe against any action brought by breach of copyright from the use of such material supplied by the advertiser. Holiday Home Europe cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertisers.

4. Copyright protection:
Material and software on these sites is copyright protected. Other than using it for your own personal use the material may not otherwise be used or copied without the prior written approval of Holiday Home Europe or the body who listed that information on the sites.

5. Website design and layout:
Holiday Home Europe reserves the right to determine the final design layout of the website, including the right to edit copy, or amend layouts or photographs supplied. Holiday Home Europe also reserves the right, to amend and edit copy entered into the online database by advertisers. Holiday Home Europe cannot be held responsible for any loss, or damage, resulting from the design, or positioning, of the properties, or changes made to the photographs and copy submitted by the customer.

6. Liability:
Holiday Home Europe does not warrant that the operation of the web site will be uninterrupted or error free. In no event shall Holiday Home Europe become liable to the advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits, however caused, on any theory of liability, including but not limited to product liability.

7. Privacy:
Holiday Home Europe treats the personal information of site users with the utmost respect and confidentiality and takes reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is stored securely and accurately. Your personal information will never be provided to any third party for their marketing or promotional use.

8. Termination of a property page:
If Holiday Home Europe receives substantiated complaints from any number of site users about a specific Property Page misrepresenting the property, or its surroundings, then we reserve the right to remove the Property Page without notice, and retain payment. If an advertiser attempts to enter unsuitable material into the online database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, Holiday Home Europe reserves the right to remove the associated Property Page(s) from the web site. Full payment will be retained. Holiday Home Europe reserves the right to refuse any Property Page from its web site that it considers unsuitable, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing. If advertisers wish to have their Property Page removed from the web site before the end of their subscription, this will be done as soon as we receive formal notice from the subscriber by email or using the 'contact us' page, quoting their owner ID or home number and password. No refunds will be given.

9. Contactability:
In the interest of maintaining a high level of service to holidaymakers using the site, we require all advertisers to be available to respond to enquiries by telephone or email. Should advertisers be unavailable for a period of more than 1 week, we ask them to leave an answerphone message to that effect or set up an out of office response on their email account. If neither of these options is viable, we ask that advertisers contact us so we can temporarily suspend their advert. We reserve the right to suspend adverts of owners who are unreachable for more than 1 week. In this instance we will send messages by telephone and email asking for the advertiser to request re-activation upon their return.

10. External links:
Holiday Home Europe reserves the right to remove links from adverts to external websites which either do not conform to the guidelines provided, or the team feel are not appropriate, or act against the interests of the company or it's advertisers. The ultimate responsibility and authority for determining the aforementioned rests solely with Holiday Home Europe. Should an advertiser add a link without consent, re-add a link after it's removal or remove reciprocated links from their website, we reserve the right to cancel their advertising without refund.

11. Payment details:
When a new property is registered on the site payment should be made on that same day. If payment is being made by credit or debit card this can be processed online by PayPal, our online card payment provider. Should an advertiser not have the ability to make payment by card, cheques (payable to Holiday Home Europe) should be sent on the day of registering a property to: Mrs. Deana Thorpe, 67 Foxlydiate Lane, Webheath, Redditch, Worcs. B97 5PB, UK. In this instance advertisers are requested to notify Holiday Home Europe by email that a cheque has been sent and advise of the expected time to receipt, especially where this is expected to be more than ten working days from the date of registration of a property. Holiday Home Europe reserves the right to remove property advertisements should no notice be given by email and payment not be received within this timeframe.

12. Refund policy:
Holiday Home Europe provides an advertising service rather than a physical product. We offer a 'cooling off period' of five working days wherein a customer may cancel the requested advertising by email to deethorpeholidayhomeeurope@googlemail.com (stating the owner ID or home number and the advertiser's password). We will then supply a refund less a £10 administration fee and notification by email.

13. Changes to pricing and conditions:
Holiday Home Europe reserves the right to change the rates and conditions without notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for new advertisers and upon renewal for existing advertisers.
