The annual cost of placing your property on our website is £10.00. In return, you will receive a full page colour advert, including up to 4 photographs of your choice. The advert will also include a description of your property and local area, rental rates and availability calendar, to which you will have direct access so that you are able to make any necessary amendments.
Your advert will be accessed via a link with a shorter description of your property, which will be part of a results list of a relevant search.
Once you have placed your property on our website, any other properties you may wish to advertise will receive a members discount allowing you to place subsequent properties on our web-site for only £5.00 per advert.
If you would like to place an advert you may do it yourself today or forward your details and payment in the post.
To add your property to our web-site so that it is available for viewing today, the following steps will be necessary;
- Register as a member so that in future, you are able to access your property page and make any necessary amendments.
- Enter brief details of your property together with number of photographs and specify your means of payment i.e. cheque or credit card.
- Add further property information including a detailed description of the property and facilities available.
- Add your rental prices.
- Upload your photographs.
- Update your availability calendar. Update the calendar to include any bookings or periods when the property will be unavailable.

Alternatively, we will place your property on the web-site for you. If you require us to do so, please print off and complete the following form and forward it together with up to 4 photographs and a cheque in the sum of £10.00 made payable to Deana Thorpe.
If placing your advert by post, please allow 14 days before your advert appears on our web-site. The 12-month advertisement period will not start until the day your advert appears on our site.
